Booster Leadership and Committees

Volunteer to help the Cavalettes succeed

Our Mission

Supporting the Cavalettes with our time and resources

As parents of the Cavalettes and Red Rubies, we support the teams while fostering positive and effective relationships between the directors, students and parents.

We meet on the second Tuesday of every month. The general club meetings are usually between an hour to an hour and a half, and attendance is highly encouraged.

Dues are required by October. However, we recommend paying at the Annual Meeting in April so you can vote in subsequent decisions.

Booster Club membership starts at $25 per year. Click here for information about contributing more as a Silver, Gold, Platinum, Champion and MVP Member during our annual drive. Membership at those levels comes with extra perks as we support the Cavalettes throughout the year.

Our Commitment

Throughout the year, the Booster Club hosts several events and fundraisers, including poinsettia and flower sales, the Spring Show and Junior Dance Clinics. The money we raise together is divided equally between all members. In order to assure fairness, quotas are set for fundraisers.

We’re looking for a volunteer like you!

Families of the Cavalettes must sign up for a minimum of two different committees, and everyone must assist with the Spring Show. We encourage everyone to sell Spring Show programs.

Keep scrolling to view our current leaders and peruse the list of committees. No matter your talents and passions, we have the perfect spot for you to serve.

Committees

Sponsorship & Fundraising

Join our Sponsorship/Fundraising Committee and make a significant impact on our booster club! As one of the most vital parts of our organization, this committee is essential for raising the funds that support our team and directors. The money we raise ensures we can provide meals for the girls, transportation for travel, new costumes, gifts, and more.

Responsibilities include JDC, Spirit Night, Poinsettias, Membership Drive, Sponsorship Drive, and other fundraising events.

Your efforts in this committee will directly contribute to the success and enrichment of our team. We welcome all enthusiastic volunteers ready to make a difference!

Team Events

Join our Team Events Committee and become a part of the social heartbeat of our booster club! This committee is responsible for planning and coordinating all our exciting parties and special events. From Tailgates before football games and the Homecoming Parade to Parent Socials, Rookie Tea, and the Banquet, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our team and families.

If you love organizing and bringing people together, this is the perfect committee for you!

Team Performances

Join our Team Performances Committee and play a crucial role in coordinating all aspects of our team’s performances and trips. This committee oversees everything from Contests and the Spring Show to team trips, team meals, costumes, and transportation.

If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about supporting our team’s success, this is the committee for you!
